Patient Welcome Guide: Print to Digital Conversion

Problem / Goal: The new patient welcome guide existed only as a physical handout, making important information difficult to access for patients before or after their visits. The goal was to improve accessibility, clarity, and usability by converting the guide into a dedicated and easy to use section on our website that allows for more in depth information.

Action: Reviewed the existing welcome guide and reorganized the content for a digital format. Created a new section on the website specifically for new patients, rewriting and structuring information to be clear and user friendly.
